Job Description:

The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for LSBU's estate, including campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark. The role involves planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets aligned with estate master planning and organizational development.

This position is suited for candidates with proven experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
