The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership are essential. The successful candidate will prioritize effectively and deliver exceptional customer service within budget constraints.
