The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is ideal for candidates with extensive experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively within budget constraints.
