The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets, aligned with estate master planning and organizational development, across LSBU campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
