  • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for senior stakeholders and the Board.
  • Continuously enhance reporting tools and processes.
Partner Across the Business
  • Build strong relationships across Group functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on financial decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc finance projects that influence Group‑wide outcomes.
Lead and Develop Your Team
  • Manage and mentor analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion best‑practice FP&A processes across the Group.
Enhance Processes & Systems
  • Drive improvements in planning tools and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
  • Embed standardised processes and methodologies across teams.
What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, influential, and comfortable operating at senior levels within a complex and evolving organisation.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis at a similar level.
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
