Are you passionate about coaching and ready to make a difference in the Hemel Hempstead community? The Den is looking for a motivated Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality sessions to adults.

About The Den

At The Den, we work with grassroots and professional athletes (ages 10+) and run adult group fitness classes. Our mission is to provide excellent value through highly regarded, professional coaches and a friendly, hardworking community. We believe in building a gym where coaches, professionals, and members all move in one direction—towards growth, knowledge, and results.

Hours Available (distributed based on applicant):

• Monday: 17:30–19:30
• Thursday: 17:00–19:00
• Saturday: 09:00–12:00

Pay:

• Assistant Coach: £15–20/hour
• (Subject to experience and qualifications. Coaches invoice monthly.)

Your Role:

• elivering adult group fitness classes.
• Support a positive, professional, and inclusive gym environment.
• Communicate effectively with members.
• Maintain high standards of safety and coaching practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification to obtain public liability insurance (e.g., Level 2/3 PT, S&C qualification).
• Registered for self-assessment (self-employed).
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) relevant insurance.
• Ambition to grow with The Den is ideal, but not essential.
