As a Fitness Manager at Lampton Leisure, you will oversee the daily operations of the fitness department and team, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality customer experience. You will conduct at least two duty manager shifts per week, manage team performance, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support high standards.
You will also serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the site during your shifts. Our sites operate from 6am to 10pm, so flexibility in working hours is required.
