To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit a Group Exercise Instructor to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to inspire our members to achieve their goals by leading Group Exercise Classes within our Leisure Centre.
At all times, you will help create a community-oriented environment, building clubs within clubs, and always delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves a high level of customer interaction, and there will be times when you are required to assist other staff members.
You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and other discounts.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, prideful in their service, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
You should have good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
It is essential to have an Instructor Qualification in the class you will conduct within our leisure centre.
Having a background or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
