Personal Trainer – Gym Inductions (self-employed opportunity)

Location: Gillingham, ME7 1FT

Salary: £21 per group induction delivered (30mins), £25 per group exercise delivered (45mins), £30 per 1-1 induction delivered (45mins), and £35 per personal training session (60mins) delivered.

We are seeking a reliable, driven, highly motivated personal trainer to deliver group and 1-1 inductions at three residential gyms in ME7 1FT, with weekday evening and weekend availability. The role involves delivering gym induction sessions in small groups and 1-1 settings, upselling, and delivering personal training services.

This is a great opportunity for self-employed trainers to earn additional income and potentially develop a PT client base within the sites.

The payrate is £21 per group induction (30mins), £30 per 1-1 induction (45mins), and £35 per personal training session (60mins).

You should be approachable, energetic, attentive to detail, and committed to high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive gym facility inductions, including equipment demonstrations.
• Providing specialized 1-1 gym inductions with PT consultations and taster sessions.
• Conducting client-specific personal training sessions.
• Managing administrative tasks like attendance recording.
• Ensuring safety and facility rules are followed.
• Updating attendance records promptly.
• Liaising with head office to ensure professional delivery.
• Providing guidance to help residents succeed in their fitness journey.

You must hold valid self-employed insurance and a Level 3 Personal Training Certification to be considered.
