Job summary

Eutopia Search collaborates with a leading UK organisation to appoint a Group Financial Controller on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Lead a 15-strong finance team, including three direct reports, and drive a credible transformation across a multi-entity group.

You will oversee statutory reporting, group consolidations, audits, treasury and financial governance, maintaining robust controls and providing strategic insight to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA-qualified finance leader with strong audit background.
• Experience in mid-to-large-sized, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15, including three direct reports.
• Oversee statutory reporting, group consolidations, audits, tax, treasury and governance.
• Drive finance transformation and improve processes, reporting and controls.
• Support growth with robust, scalable reporting and controls.
• Lead external audit across multiple entities and liaise with auditors.
