Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior financial control or group reporting role.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and audit exposure.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-entity or project-led businesses.
• Track record of improving processes, systems, and controls.
• Confident leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to ERP environments and transformation programmes is advantageous.

• Lead the preparation of accurate, timely statutory and management reporting
• Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee group consolidation and general ledger integrity
• Manage audit processes and external reporting requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes
• Support ERP optimisation and wider digital transformation initiatives
• Oversee revenue recognition within a project-based environment
• Lead, develop, and strengthen a high-performing finance team

Eton Bridge Partners have been retained to appoint a Group Financial Controller for an established, family owned construction, infrastructure & energy services business that that is experiencing strong continued growth. The company has recently received major financial investment to upgrade new system capabilities as the business looks to expand.
