The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group, managing technical accounting, and providing commercial insights to drive business performance. This is a key leadership role requiring both a strong technical foundation and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead group financial reporting, including statutory accounts, monthly management accounts, and audits.
2. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, drive profitability, and optimise working capital.
3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
4. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
5. Manage internal controls, risk management, and implement financial policies and procedures.
6. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive performance improvements across the business.
7. Support and lead on future strategic projects, driving innovation and delivering financial insights to ensure successful outcomes.
