Job summary

Amplifi Talent is recruiting a Group Financial Controller for an established UK manufacturer based in Dundee. You will take ownership of financial discipline, forecasting and cash control across two sites and consolidate accounts, setting common standards and reporting across the Group.

Group Financial Controller / Manufacturing / Dundee / PE Backed

An established UK manufacturer is recruiting a Group Financial Controller on a permanent basis. With turnover above £50M, more than 400 colleagues, two manufacturing sites and investor backing, the Group is bringing its two businesses closer together. A single finance function is the next step, and this newly created role is central to it.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will take ownership of financial discipline, forecasting and cash control across both businesses. You will lead the finance teams at both sites, consolidate the accounts of the two businesses, and set common standards, processes and reporting across the Group. You will also act as a commercial partner to site and operational managers, and help shape the systems and automation that support the Group as it scales.

You are a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with Financial Controller-level experience in a manufacturing or closely related business. You bring technical rigour and commercial judgement, and you share the Group's ambition and drive.
