Job summary

SF Partners seeks an experienced qualified accountant to lead end-to-end accounting across multiple entities and drive governance across controls and reporting.

You will partner with finance and other departments to analyse costs, implement intercompany reconciliations, and support year-end audits, with hybrid working options and potential for bonus and car allowance.

Qualifications

• This role requires a qualified accountant with significant reporting and controls experience.
• Experience with finance transformation and process improvement is essential.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany processes is preferred.

Role Overview

My client is a PE backed business in Manchester. Due to growth the business is recruiting this newly created position into their vibrant and expanding finance function, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified accountant who is looking for an organisation where they can make an impact and progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• managing end to end accounting activities across multiple entities as well as tax compliance for these entities, establish new processes for cost centre postings and intercompany reconciliations, business partner with other departments to analyse costs and variances to budget, prepare monthly board and lender reports, maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and financial governance processes, as well as supporting the Group Financial Controller with year end audit and annual statutory accounts.

Requirements

This role will suit a qualified accountant with significant experience in a reporting and controls focused role within a complex, multi-entity organisation. You will also have experience with finance transformation, process optimisation and system implementation.

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is paying up to £80,000 plus car allowance and bonus, as well as the ability to work on a hybrid basis, minimum expectation in the office is 2 days per week
