Job description

My client, a fast-growing organisation in the real estate sector, is seeking an ambitious and driven Group Finance Manager to join their London-based team. Following a period of significant expansion, including multiple recent acquisitions and further growth planned, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least two years’ post-qualification experience to play a key role within an evolving group finance function. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, the role offers broad exposure and genuine scope for progression within a business that values internal development.

This is a varied and hands-on position, centred around monthly reporting, treasury activities, and support across acquisition and integration projects. The successful candidate will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to support a large, multi-entity environment, contributing to month-end processes, intercompany reconciliations, VAT oversight, cash management, and banking relationships. You will also assist with acquisition accounting, systems onboarding for newly acquired entities, lease accounting, and annual audit support, with increasing exposure to investment appraisal and due diligence as the role develops.
