Zusammenfassung

Pure Executive has been appointed as the retained search partner for a confidential, newly created Group Finance Director appointment within a growing manufacturing business in North Suffolk.

Reporting to the CFO and deputising for them, the successful candidate will lead and develop an established team, strengthen financial capability, and support the organisation through its next phase of growth, including Company Secretarial matters and significant external stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong manufacturing/engineering experience
• Significant senior finance leadership experience
• Excellent technical capability across cash, treasury, cash-flow forecasting, FX, working capital and financial control
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence operational and commercial performance
• Experience leading high-performing finance teams
• Strong stakeholder management and credibility with senior leadership and Board

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the finance function and team
• Partner with the CFO and manage Company Secretarial matters
• Oversee cash, treasury, cash-flow forecasting, FX and working capital
• Provide commercial insight and challenge to performance, margins, costing and investment decisions
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including auditors and lenders
• Engage with senior leadership and the Board to shape the organisation's growth
