Job summary

HPR Executive has been exclusively retained to appoint a Finance Director for a privately owned, multi-site manufacturing group with a strong reputation for quality and growth, located in South England.

Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Board, you will shape long-term strategy, lead all financial planning and governance, and drive capital investment and commercial performance across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic finance at board or executive level.
• Experience with capital investment and growth initiatives.
• Ability to partner across Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Executive Board.
• Partner with the Managing Director to shape long-term business strategy.
• Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, governance and performance.
• Drive commercial insight across multiple channels.
• Evaluate significant capital investment and manufacturing development programmes.
• Develop a high-performing Finance function with strong commercial partnership.
