Page Executive is seeking a Director of Group Finance in the United Kingdom to join the leadership team and help shape the next phase of growth for a successful, PE-backed engineering and manufacturing group. The role blends technical finance leadership with business transformation across processes, systems, and group reporting.

The role will evolve to cover treasury, statutory compliance, and acquisition integration, partnering with operational leaders to realise value and drive a best-in-class

Qualifications

ACA qualification and significant senior finance leadership experience.
Strong track record in group reporting, audit and statutory compliance.
Experience delivering finance transformation and systems improvements.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing the group finance function.
Driving systems and process improvements and finance transformation projects.
Supporting acquisition integration and synergy delivery.
Owning group reporting, consolidation and financial control.
Leading statutory reporting, audit and compliance activities.
Managing treasury, cash flow, banking relationships and debt facilities.
Partnering with operational leaders to support growth and value creation.
Acting as a key stakeholder with investors, lenders and external advisors.
