The Role
As the Group Facilities, Quality & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across facilities, quality systems and health & safety. You'll work closely with senior management to ensure compliance, improve operational performance and create a safe, efficient working environment across all five sites.
This is a hands–on role that combines strategic planning with day–to–day operational support.
About You
We're looking for an experienced manager who has worked within a manufacturing or production environment and can confidently lead multiple disciplines across several sites.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Facilities, Quality and Health & Safety management role within manufacturing.
Experience managing multiple sites would be highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and auditing.
Excellent understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem–solving abilities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between sites when required.
