Job summary

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Group Facilities Manager in Warrington to own the Group’s physical estate, including buildings, utilities and safety systems. You will ensure compliance, reliability and cost-effectiveness while managing contractors and budgets across multiple sites.

You will lead project improvements, maintain high standards of safety, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. A full UK driving licence is required for this hands-on, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site management with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Strong contractor and supplier relationship skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver site improvements on time and within cost.
• Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to challenge when required.
• Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
