IWFM seeks a facilities professional to manage a busy Manchester site, balancing day-to-day maintenance with longer-term improvements. You’ll organise repairs, utilities and building fabric while delivering a rolling 0‑3 year facilities plan and CapEx projects to support growth.

You'll spend around half your time dealing with the day‑to‑day management of the site's facilities everything from organising repairs to plumbing, drainage, roofing, utilities and building fabric while the other half will focus on planning and delivering longer‑term improvements, developing a rolling 0‑3 year facilities plan and managing projects that support future business growth.

Salary up to GBP55,000
Monday to Thursday: 7.00am – 3.30pm
Friday: 7.00am – 12.00pm
25 days holiday, rising to 28 with service, plus Bank Holidays

This is a genuinely varied position where no two days are the same.
One day you could be organising colleagues to repair a leaking roof, resolving drainage issues, dealing with building services or managing utility outages. The next, you'll be planning capital improvements, reviewing future infrastructure requirements, preparing budgets or developing the site's three‑year facilities strategy.
You'll become the person responsible for ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, efficient and ready to support future growth.
