Third Space, London's luxury health clubs, is seeking a Lead Instructor who combines expert coaching and progressive programming to elevate member experience across our signature group sessions.

You’ll deliver structured classes across strength, movement quality and performance development, coach mixed-ability groups, and help launch innovative concepts while upholding the highest coaching standards and member support.

Formación

• Strong technical coaching ability and experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong programming skills, ideally with experience creating progressive training blocks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and movement quality.
• Ability to coach mixed-ability groups while maintaining exceptional standards.

We’re looking for a Lead Instructor who combines expert coaching, progressive programming and an exceptional member experience. About the role

As a Lead Instructor, you’ll specialise in our signature concepts, delivering structured group exercise classes built around strength, movement quality and performance development.

You’ll coach members through a variety of training modalities including treadmills, Hyrox-style conditioning, barbell lifts, cable systems, mobility and accessory work. More importantly, you’ll create an environment where members feel supported, challenged and motivated to keep coming back.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in launching and growing an innovative concept, helping shape the member experience, coaching standards and long-term success of the programme.

About you

You’ll be passionate about coaching and committed to continually improving your craft. You’ll also have:

• Strong technical coaching ability and experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong programming skills, ideally with experience creating progressive training blocks.
• A solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and movement quality.
• The ability to coach mixed-ability groups while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping people achieve their potential through intelligent, progressive training.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (or nationally recognised equivalent).
• Degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related discipline may also be considered.
