Job summary

CTM Group is hiring an Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end group travel for a dedicated client, coordinating air and rail logistics and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role supports the Operations Director and M&E team, with flexible hours and a hybrid London-based arrangement.

You will manage multiple projects, negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares, and oversee budgets and financial reconciliation, with on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel or Business Travel.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Knowledge of Sabre; BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multiple group air programs, up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Coordinate air and rail travel and provide on-site event support when required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies.
