Job summary

Laing O'Rourke Delivery – ADS Didcot is seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee drainage, ducting and civils works at Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will lead site teams, coordinate resources and ensure safe, on-program delivery on a busy construction site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising groundworks or civil engineering teams.
• Strong background in drainage, ducting and general civils works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and site documentation.
• Good planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct workforce teams.
