Job summary

Lonsite Limited in Blyth, Northumberland, is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a major data centre development. You will lead groundworks and civils teams on site, manage drainage and ducting works, and coordinate labour and plant to keep works progressing to programme.

The role requires a Gold CSCS Card, prior Groundworks Foreman or Civils Supervisor experience, and SMSTS/SSSTS certification. First aid is preferred and references are required.

• Strong drainage and ducting experience
• Major civils project experience preferred
• SMSTS or SSSTS
