Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Contracts Manager for groundworks and civils in Kent, overseeing 5-6 sites across the region. The role focuses on delivery, site audits, reporting and invoicing, with responsibility for ensuring on-time completion and commercial control across multiple schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong groundworks/civils background, solid RC frame experience and proven ability to manage clients, subcontractors and site teams on residential projects.

Qualifications

• Strong groundworks and civils background.
• Solid RC frame experience.
• Knowledge of roads, sewers and infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering residential/housing projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
• Strong client, subcontractor and commercial management skills.
• Progression through the groundworks/site environment preferred.
