Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Contracts Manager for groundworks and civils in Kent, overseeing 5-6 sites across the region. The role focuses on delivery, site audits, reporting and invoicing, with responsibility for ensuring on-time completion and commercial control across multiple schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong groundworks/civils background, solid RC frame experience and proven ability to manage clients, subcontractors and site teams on residential projects.

I'm currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a specialist groundworks & civil engineering contractor working with major housebuilders and larger contractors across the South East.

Location: Kent - covering multiple sites

Sector: Predominantly residential / housing

Role: Contracts Manager

Looking for someone with:

• Strong groundworks & civils background
• Solid RC frame experience
• Strong knowledge of roads, sewers & infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering residential/housing projects
