Based in Northampton with site work across surrounding counties, you will own projects from inception to final accounts, reporting directly to the owners.

Qualifications

• Strong background in civil engineering and groundworks.
• Experience managing project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiating subcontractor agreements and ensuring profitability and contractual compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships directly on site.
