Job summary

Our client, a well-established Main Contractor with East Anglia projects, seeks a Quantity Surveyor for groundworks. You will manage daily commercial functions from tendering through to final accounts on projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years+ experience as Quantity Surveyor in groundworks.
• Degree, MSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying or comparable qualification.
• Experience in measurement, valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily commercial management functions from measurement and valuations to final accounts.
• Prepare valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations and subcontractor payments.
• Support pre-tender pricing, Bills of Quantities and site visits as required.
