Based in Northampton with site work across surrounding counties, you will own projects from inception to final accounts, reporting directly to the owners.

Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks & Civils)

The Role

• Manage project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiate subcontract agreements and ensure groundwork operations remain profitable and contractual compliant.
• Your time will be split between our main Northampton office and sites across the surrounding counties.
• You will take ownership of your projects from inception to final accounts with direct backing from the owners

• You must have a strong background incivil engineeringandgroundworks
• You willbe experienced inmanaging project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and ensuring groundwork operations remain profitable and contractually compliant.
• Be proactive, have a self-starting mindset-someone who loves to solve problems independently.
• Have excellent communication skills to manage client relationships directly on site.
