• Manage project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiate subcontract agreements and ensure groundwork operations remain profitable and contractual compliant.
• Your time will be split between our main Northampton office and sites across the surrounding counties.
• You will take ownership of your projects from inception to final accounts with direct backing from the owners

• You willbeexperiencedinmanaging project budgets, estimating costs for materials and labour, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and ensuring groundwork operations remain profitable and contractually compliant.

• Have excellent communication skills to manage client relationships directly on site.
