Job summary

3D Personnel are seeking an experienced Ground Worker for a construction project in Kinglassie, Scotland. You will operate the Forward Tipping Dumper, dig trenches, clear topsoil, and help prepare sites for foundations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include site setup, landscaping, demolition as needed, and collaboration with the team to deliver specifications on time.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Ticket.
• Must have previous experience as a ground worker on a construction site.
• Must be hardworking and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots).

Responsibilities

• Operate the Forward Tipping Dumper.
• Dig trenches and perform excavation work.
• Use shovels and other hand tools as required.
• Clear the site of topsoil and debris affecting work.
• Landscape the site and set up the construction area.
• Lead necessary demolition to enable site work.
• Prepare ground for foundations and lay out pavement and kerbs.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects to specifications.
• Maintain safety standards and keep work area clean.
• Perform all duties on site as instructed by management.
