Job summary

ITS Building People are recruiting a Groundworker for a project in Dorchester, Dorset. The role runs with standard hours, 7:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, and offers weekly pay on an ongoing basis.

Overtime hours are available and successful candidates may secure further contracts or permanent opportunities with established contractors. This is a site-based position requiring CSCS/CPCS/NPORS where applicable, with PPE and civils experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is required on site.
• SSSTS is preferred for supervisory duties.
• Dumper Driver Ticket held or similar ticket is needed.
• Experience in civils/infrastructure projects on site.
• Experience building storm tanks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a Dorchester-based civils project as a groundworker.
• Follow site safety rules and operate required tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with contractors and maintain timely progress.

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker on behalf of our client for a project based in Dorchester, Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Must Have

• CSCS Card


• SSSTS (Preferred)


• Dumper Driver Ticket


• Civils/infrastructure experience


• Experience building storm tanks (preferred)

Requirements
