Job summary

Fusion People are seeking skilled Groundworkers for a large civils project in Brede, East Sussex. You will join an on-site team handling concrete pours, deep drainage, shuttering and steel work. Applicants should have extensive groundworks experience and hold CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards; EUSR Water Hygiene is essential.

Working hours are standard, Monday to Friday, with site live water treatment plant conditions. Training may be available for required courses. Immediate start preferred.

Skilled Groundworker

Start date - Monday 02/11/2026

£25 per hour CIS, £19.50 per hour PAYE

Brede, East Sussex

We are working on a large industrial civils project in Brede and we are looking for a number of skilled groundworkers to join the existing site team. Applicants must be fully experienced and cover all aspects groundworks. Any plant tickets held would be advantageous. The site is a live water treatment plant so an EUSR water hygiene card is essential. Courses may be available if required.
