Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Exeter is seeking an experienced Groundwork Foreman to lead a busy on-site crew on a major commercial project. You will coordinate daily groundwork activities, read site drawings, and ensure safety compliance while guiding the team to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate has substantial groundwork experience, a valid CSCS card, and familiarity with deep drainage, foundations and structures. Immediate starts and long-term work are available on site.

Groundwork Foreman

Gloucester | £25 - £27/hr (CIS) | Immediate Starts Available

Introduction

We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Groundwork Foreman/supervisor for a large commercial construction project in Exeter. You will have a good experience within a commercial setting, familiar with deep drainage, foundations and structure. This is not a management role, we are looking for ganger/team leader who can drive the team forwards and notice issues before they appear.
