Acorn by Synergie in Exeter is seeking an experienced Groundwork Foreman to lead a busy on-site crew on a major commercial project. You will coordinate daily groundwork activities, read site drawings, and ensure safety compliance while guiding the team to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate has substantial groundwork experience, a valid CSCS card, and familiarity with deep drainage, foundations and structures. Immediate starts and long-term work are available on site.

Qualifications

• Previous groundwork experience is essential.
• CSCS card required and valid certification.
• Experience with deep drainage, foundations and structures.
• Willingness to work on site at Exeter.
