Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an associate hydrogeologist to join the Water Management Consultancy groundwater resources team in the UK. You will supervise and deliver a growing portfolio of groundwater projects, develop trusted client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.

You will work with technical leads and other disciplines to ensure high-quality outputs, manage project lifecycles, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, engineering or mathematics with a postgraduate hydrogeology qualification.
• Experience leading groundwater projects and client engagement.
• Strong numerical, analytical, reporting and presentation skills; awareness of UK regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Win, deliver and manage groundwater projects with hydrogeologist leads and other disciplines.
• Develop trusted client relationships and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
• Contribute to development of new business areas for the team.
