AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an Associate Groundwater Modeller to join our Water Management Consultancy. You will own a portfolio of groundwater modelling projects, win work with water companies, regulators and major water users, and lead client relationships while steering the team.

The role combines technical modelling with leadership and commercial responsibility. You will mentor staff, contribute to strategic development, and help shape proposals and digital tooling across UK

Qualifications

Extensive experience building regional groundwater models and updating them.
Strong stakeholder engagement with water companies and regulators.
Ability to lead projects through full lifecycle: definition to recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of groundwater modelling projects across client base.
Lead complex technical work: data gathering, modelling, interpretation and reporting.
Mentor junior staff and develop team capability over time.
Develop new business opportunities and shape proposals for new clients.
