Job summary

whg is seeking an experienced plasterer to deliver high-quality repairs across Walsall and surrounding areas. You will undertake plastering tasks ranging from minor patching to larger refurbishment projects, inspecting and diagnosing jobs and aiming for first-time fixes.

Qualifications

• Experienced plasterer capable of patching and larger refurbishment works.
• Reliable with a “first-time fix” approach and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking plastering tasks from minor repairs to larger refurbishments.
• Inspect and diagnose jobs, aiming to fix where possible.
• Work efficiently to a high standard, following appointments on a handheld device.
• Maintain van stocks and manage tools and equipment.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and PPE is worn.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving KPIs.

• Undertaking a wide range of plastering tasks that range from minor patching or repairs to larger refurbishment jobs.
• Inspect and diagnose jobs, always adopting a ‘fix where possible approach.
• Work efficiently to a high standard, attending appointments scheduled via your hand-held device.
• Maintaining van stocks to an agreed level and always taking responsibility for your van stocks.
• Ensuring the safe keeping of vehicle, plant, tools, equipment and materials supplied by whg.
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures, including wearing PPE, adhering to risk assessments and work instructions.
• Delivering excellent customer service whilst achieving set KPI’s adopting a ‘first-time fix’ approach.
