Job summary

Haven is seeking a Siting Team Member to set up, position and fine-tune caravans on site. You will level, connect and secure units, ensuring they are guest-ready and compliant with site plans. The role involves safe operation of siting equipment, basic maintenance, and potential relocations—working with a supportive team across the park.

Full-time, permanent, on-site at Haven holiday parks. Training is provided, with opportunities for funded qualifications and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in caravan siting or similar construction/maintenance role.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and a safe workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, position and site caravans on site according to safety protocols and site plans.
• Level, connect and secure caravans to ensure guest readiness.
• Assist with caravan relocation and basic maintenance tasks including exterior cleaning and minor repairs.
• Inspect for safety or functionality issues and report to maintenance team.
• Collaborate with facilities team to deliver high-quality service across the park.

**Position:** Siting Team Member **Type:** Full-Time / Permanent **Pay Rates:** Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Siting Team Member. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for setting up, siting, and fine-tuning our caravans to perfection! Working with a friendly and supportive team, you’ll be hands-on in positioning caravans on site, carrying out adjustments, and ensuring each one is guest ready.
