Urban Planters is looking for an Exterior Maintenance Technician to join the Chester area team on a full-time basis. You will work on site to provide exceptional exterior maintenance services for our growing client base, including lawn care, hedges, and landscaping tasks, with duties tracked through a smartphone app.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, garden maintenance experience, and good communication skills. Teamwork is essential and horticulture knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Garden maintenance experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous.
• Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and strimming.
• Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting.
• Weed maintenance.
• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment.
• Complete all digital records via smartphone app.
• Liaising with customers.
• Autumn clearing.
• Spring preparation.
• Mowing.
• Heavy lifting will be required.

Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location:Chester into Shropshire

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £26,700 per annum (40hr Week)

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

Working as a Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on site ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.
