Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence.
• PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
• Awareness of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work on your own initiative.

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and interacting with the public, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
• Operate and ensure proper use, care, and routine checks of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
