Who are you?- Ideally qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- A confident individual with good people management skills.
- Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
- Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence.
- PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
- Awareness of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
- Reliable, conscientious, and able to work on your own initiative.
A glimpse into the role awaiting you- Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
- Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and interacting with the public, visitors, and delivery personnel.
- Lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
- Operate and ensure proper use, care, and routine checks of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
