Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Wirral

Full Time 40 Hours per Week - Annualised Hours

Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic and flexible working techniques.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Possession of a full, clean driving license is preferred.
• PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

• Supporting the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering scheduled maintenance.
• Managing on-site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Leading by example, motivating the team, and maintaining discipline.
• Ensuring safe operation and routine maintenance of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, with proper recording.
• Performing other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
