Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• Confident with strong people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT skills.
• Possession of a full, clean driving licence is preferred.
• PA1 & PA6 certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

Role Overview

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Manage on-site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and maintenance are recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
