Who are you?- Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
- Confident with strong people management skills.
- Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
- Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
- Good IT skills.
- Possession of a full, clean driving licence is preferred.
- PA1 & PA6 certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.
Role Overview- Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
- Manage on-site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
- Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
- Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and maintenance are recorded.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
