Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with strong people management skills.
• Adaptable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT skills.
• Possession of a full, clean driving license is preferred.
• PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

Role Overview

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Manage site operations, including timekeeping, breaks, and interactions with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Ensure proper operation and routine checks of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Supervisor.
