Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Loughborough

Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Who Are You?

• Experienced in grounds maintenance operations with knowledge of all Health and Safety legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Full clean UK driving licence required, as you may operate ride-on mowers and drive company vehicles/tow trailers
• Certification in PA1 & PA6 is desirable

Role Overview

• Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in managing programmed maintenance effectively
• Lead by example in grounds maintenance work
• Manage security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Complete daily check sheets and operational paperwork
• Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives
• Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
