Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Loughborough

Full Time 40 Hours Per Week

Who are you?

• Skilled in grounds maintenance operations with knowledge of all Health and Safety Legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous
• A full clean UK driving license is required, as you may operate ride-on mowers and company vehicles/tow trailers
• Certification in PA1 & PA6 is desirable

• Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in managing programmed maintenance
• Lead by example in grounds maintenance work
• Manage the security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Complete daily check sheets and operational paperwork
• Support and guide the service delivery team, e.g., grounds maintenance operatives
• Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
