Job summary

Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Northampton are sought to maintain and improve local sites. Responsibilities include grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, pruning, weeding and litter picking across multiple locations.

This permanent, full-time role requires a valid UK driving licence, PA1/PA6 preferred, and a can-do, safety-focused attitude. The job is outdoors in all weather conditions, with opportunities for skill development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred, but not essential.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian mowers; pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance.
• Litter picking and related horticultural duties across multiple sites.
• Maintain sites to ensure client grounds are well-presented.
