Responsibilities

• Supervise Ground Maintenance and Environmental Services Operatives to ensure safe duty execution.
• Plan and organise team tasks to meet SLAs and high standards.
• Carry out site inspections using iAuditor and resolve customer inquiries.
• Perform grounds tasks such as grass cutting, pruning, and herbicide use.
• Maintain strong customer service and contribute to continuous improvement.
