Map Talent is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a grounds maintenance team of six operatives in Brownhills, overseeing grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting maintenance and weed control on residential developments.

The hands-on supervisory role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high safety and quality standards. Salary £25,000–£32,000 DOE with a company van and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticulture.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance operatives.
• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules.
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Conduct site visits and oversee ongoing maintenance works.
• Manage health & safety compliance across all sites.
• Support and develop team performance.
